Qualified Early Stage companies seeking
investment capital, present their opportunity to active accredited and sophisticated investors, and their representatives,
in a private session, followed by a cocktail reception. Invitation only. Entrepreneurs
must be approved in advance and be under contract to attend this event. Investors will be screened and
approved as accredited or sophisticated investors to attend this event.

This is a private event for active Accredited and Sophisticated Investors and their representatives
to come together to review and consider for investment, pre qualified entrepreneurial endeavors. The projects presented
are not limited by industry, but rather by their stage of development and their readiness for funding. All investor attendees are required to complete an investor questionnaire prior to attending the event to ensure
we meet SEC requirements for a private investor meeting.

complex across from the Oakland Cemetary in the historic Grant Park area near downtown Atlanta. It is in the same location
as the original Six Feet Under. There is parking at the back of the complex and ample street parking. It is a
busy retail and residential area and considered safe. It is accessible off of Memorial Drive from the Downtown Connector
or Boulevard from I-20

you may attend the networking event. But please come with the purpose of helping those companies that completed
the workshop and will be showcased during the fast pitch to gain access to valued resources.

select the 4 to 6 companies that present at Member and Guest Deal Review Meeting. We know how difficult it is today's market
to find truly fundable deals with scaleable business models and proven traction in their market. In fact, this is why so many
and fund managers, venture capital and private equity firms attend our events. They have found our forums to be a valuable
use of their time in seeking-out potentially profitable investments.

ABOUT WHO ATTENDS AND HOW DECISIONS ARE MADE: Investors who attend are seasoned angel investors or those investors with substantial personal liquid
capital and are looking to be a silent partner in one or more businesses or take an active role in a company as an "exec
with a check". They attend our event to get an inside look at the latest in technology, services and products
coming to market and choose those opportunities that best fit their appetite for risk vs reward. They also gain an
exclusive opportunity to mix and mingle with like minded affluent men and women who also believe in compassionate capitalism.
LAUNCHfn serves as an initial filter by reviewing dozens of companies' applications before selecting the 4-5 companies that
seem to have the most promise. Investors find they save significant time and money attending these events because
so much review and prep work has already been done to validate the presenter's opportunity. LAUNCHfn is not a broker
dealer and does not conduct complete due diligence on the companies. Investors decide individually or in conjunction
with other investors at the event to make an investment based on their own business acument, investment expertise, and the
sage counsel of others. Occassionally, they will meet an investor at the event that who has or will be investing
in another company and decide to co-invest with that investor in a deal that has not been vetted by LAUNCHfn to present to
the NBAI community.
